Glebe Hill First Home Owners Boost

Until 30th June 2017, there is a $5,000 boost for Package A and a $10,000 for Package B which is in addition to the State Government’s First Home Owner’s Grant of $20,000 to 30th June, 2017 and $10,000 from 1st July, 2017. So until the end of June, a potential $30,000 is available, $20,000 from the State Government and $10,000 from Glebe Hill’s developer, Lynmore Holdings P/L.

GHFHOB A (Glebe Hill First Home Owners Boost Package A)

If a contract for a Glebe Hill block of land is signed before June 2017 directly with Lynmore Holdings P/L (sales@glebehill.com.au or call Rob Lynch on 03 6225 1016) or through our associated Real Estate Agent, Harcourts Signature, then a $5,000 boost will be either deducted at the time of settlement or paid to the purchaser as directed by the purchaser after settlement, providing;

  1. a copy of the State Government’s FHOG approval document is forwarded to sales@glebehill.com.au or by mail to Lynmore Holdings, Glebe Hill Boost, GPO Box 200, Hobart, TAS, 7001

GHFHOB B (Glebe Hill First Home Owners Boost Package B)

If a contract for a Glebe Hill block of land is signed before June 2017 directly with Lynmore Holdings P/L only (sales@glebehill.com.au or call Rob Lynch on 03 6225 1016), (rather than through our Real Estate Agent) then a $10,000 boost will be either deducted at the time of settlement or as directed by the purchaser after settlement, providing;

  1. a copy of the State Government’s FHOG approval document is forwarded to sales@glebehill.com.au or by mail to Lynmore Holdings, Glebe Hill Boost, GPO Box 200, Hobart, TAS, 7001 and
  2. all conditional clauses such as soil tests and finance confirmation are confirmed within 35 days (five weeks) from the date of the contract for a Glebe Hill Lot, except the clause that titles issue within a set period
